Sonoita Realty LLC is a locally owned and operated full-service real estate firm with a reputation as a solid and trustworthy company established in 1991 by local native residents Richard and Barbara Barkley. In 2003, their daughter and Agent, Kathy O'Brien, purchased Sonoita Realty and became the Designated Broker/Owner, committing to continue her parents' legacy of providing outstanding service, integrity, and the highest level of honesty to their clients, community, and neighbors.
