Marlin Club

Welcome to The Marlin Club, your premier seasonal outdoor pool and tennis club located in the Western Branch area of Chesapeake, VA. Established with the aim of fostering a sense of community and providing a welcoming environment for families, our club has grown to become a beloved summer destination for members and guests alike.

Membership to The Marlin Club includes full use of the pool during the summer season, from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day, as well as year-round access to our tennis courts. The pool is typically open from 4 PM to 8 PM on school days, and from 10 AM to 8 PM during weekends and holidays, while the tennis courts can be accessed at any time of day with a gate code for entry and lights available for night play.

Our concession stand, located within the clubhouse, offers a variety of delicious food and beverages for purchase and is open daily during pool hours. Additionally, our clubhouse and pool area may be reserved for private events after hours by members, and the picnic area is available for reservation during regular hours for family functions, birthday parties, or other special events.

Tennis Programs

Avid tennis players will be thrilled to know that our courts are accessible year-round, providing ample opportunities to practice and hone their skills. Our courts may be reserved for members upon request, and we offer various tennis programs for both kids and adults. These programs are designed to cater to different skill levels and include private lessons, group clinics, and organized mixers.

Swimming Lessons and Swim Team

Learning to swim is rewarding and empowering, and our dedicated instructors at The Marlin Club strive to create an environment where students can progress at their own pace. Swim lessons are available for members of all ages, and our emphasis is placed on building skill and confidence rather than competition.

For those interested in a more competitive atmosphere, we offer a swim team that participates in local meets throughout the summer months. Membership on the swim team is open to all members aged 5-18, and we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure that each participant reaches their full potential.

Facilities and Reservations

At The Marlin Club, we are proud to offer a wide range of facilities for our members' enjoyment, including a spacious pool, tennis courts, a picnic area, and a clubhouse. We encourage our members to make the most of these facilities by reserving them for private events and gatherings.
