Our History

Urban Engineering was founded in 1965 by Larry Urban and his brother, Gene Urban, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Over the years, the firm has grown and expanded to serve the Victoria area. In 1981, an associate office was established in Victoria, and in 1984, the firm was incorporated as Victoria Engineering, Inc. Today, Urban Engineering continues to provide engineering consulting services to the region, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation.
