Founded in 1984 by Randy Bohart, Pharm D, and Bonnie Bohart, RN, BSN, PHN, clinicians who combined their expertise to establish Oso Home Care, Inc. Still intricately involved in the company, they have never lost sight of patient care and the impact they have on patient's lives. We offer a wide range of services including Infusion Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, Nursing Services, and Patient Resources. Our Infusion Centers provide antibiotics, parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition, pain management, cardiac drug therapy, chemotherapy, immune globulin/IVIG factor therapy, self-injectables, disease management, and palliative care.
