Communication Issues
Multiple customers complained about poor communication with Desert Upholstery. Sandee Brekke and Jason Gilbert both mentioned that they contacted the business several times, but never received a response. Jason Gilbert specifically states that they "never heard a word back from them" and guesses that they don't want his business.

In addition to the communication issues, one customer, Jason Gilbert, was dissatisfied with the lack of follow-through on their promises. They brought their car to the business, which was supposed to redo their Porsche seats, but never received a call or update.
