A Family Business

The pharmacy was founded in December of 1983 by Manny Chernoff, who brought his daughter, Lynne Vezina, into the business full-time in 1996. Both Manny and Lynne are graduates of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and have over 60 years of combined experience in the field. Our team is dedicated to continuing the legacy of exceptional service that has made Vermont Family Pharmacy a trusted name in the community.

Custom Compounding

In addition to dispensing routine medications, we specialize in custom compounding to meet the unique needs of our patients. Our team of experienced pharmacists and technicians can create custom compounds for patients with special medication needs. Our staff at the store has over 50 years of combined experience in the field of pharmacy. Our team includes Manny Chernoff, the original owner of the pharmacy, who has over 60 years of experience in the industry. Lynne Chernoff Vezina, Manny's daughter, joined the business full-time in 1996 and has over 30 years of experience. We are proud to have a Certified Pharmacy Technician, Caroline, who has over 4 years of experience on our team.
