• Jesse Marcus: Jesse is a seasoned real estate professional who began his career in NYC in 2001. He is also co-owner and publisher of VisitVortex, a trusted Hudson Valley lifestyle resource. Jesse brings his deep appreciation for all things local to his real estate clients, earning him the reputation of an intuitive and trustworthy guide.

• Deborah Hitz: Deborah moved to the Hudson Valley from New York City in 2000. She became licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 2006 and received recognition as "Rookie of the Year" from Ulster County's then leading real estate company. In 2008, Deborah elevated her relationship to the business and became an Associate Broker. After becoming an Independent Broker in 2013, Deborah opened the Habitat Real Estate Group office on Main Street in Stone Ridge in 2015.

• Melanie Hogan: Melanie is an Ulster County native and a graduate of Kingston High School, SUNY New Paltz, and Marist College. She returned to her roots to serve the real estate needs of people looking to buy or sell in Ulster County after being part of an Award-Winning, Multi-million Dollar producing team that specialized in selling luxury homes to the affluent in the Capital District.
