L & N Metal Works is a family-owned commercial metal fabrication company, dedicated to providing the best in metal railings, stair framing, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and custom-designed metal work. Our owners, Neal and Tracy Van Donsel, are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.

Our team is experienced in construction, with a deep understanding of the fast-paced, milestone-driven, competitive nature of the industry. We know that efficiency in the field is crucial, and we provide the accessibility and service needed to complete projects on time.

We don't just manufacture a product; we advise, trouble-shoot, and answer questions. We effectively communicate with everyone involved in a project, from estimators to engineers, project managers, site superintendents, and workers in the field installing the finished product.

Since 2010, L & N has grown from a small shop in Pulaski, Wisconsin, to a 16,000-square-foot metal fabrication facility in the Industrial Park in Gillett, Wisconsin. The facility is equipped with a full range of fabrication equipment and space to work on multiple projects for our loyal customer base in Wisconsin and the U.P. in Michigan.

Our Services

We are a trusted supplier of metal fabrications to general contractors, and we complete a wide range of structural and architectural projects. Our team has a passion for welding, fabrication, and working with metals, and this passion is reflected in the quality of the finished product.

We fabricate structural steel framing, metal stairs, custom railings, and architectural fabrications for new construction, remodels, and building additions. We also supply steel joist framing and metal decking to complete the Division 5 Metal Fabrication package.

Our team of experienced welders are certified to American Welding Society (AWS) standards.
