Meet Our Founder: Brandee Gordon

Brandee Gordon, the founder of Native Ink Tattoo, was introduced to the world of tattoo art at the age of 17. She was inspired by her love for traditional art and her outgoing personality to pursue a career in tattooing. After completing her apprenticeship at Tommy's Tattoos in Kokomo, IN, she opened Native Ink Tattoo at the age of 18.

Brandee specializes in custom work with an emphasis on black and gray work. She has also furthered her education in permanent cosmetics, offering eyebrow, eyeliner, lip-liner, and full-color applications. Her focus and dedication to her craft have earned her a reputation as an independent, creative, positive, ambitious, and confident tattoo artist.

Brandee's enthusiasm and commitment to her clients have created a comfortable and friendly atmosphere at Native Ink Tattoo. Her clients often travel several hours for her services, and she has become a well-known and recommended artist in the industry.

Join Our Team: Mallory Helpling

Mallory Helpling is a talented tattoo artist who joined Native Ink Tattoo as an apprentice in 2020 at the age of 18. She was inspired by a field trip her visual communications class took to Native Ink Tattoo and has since grown into a well-developed artist.

Mallory specializes in black line work but is open to many other styles. She is passionate about her work and enjoys creating unique and personalized tattoos for her clients. Mallory's dedication to her craft and her commitment to her clients have made her a valuable addition to the Native Ink Tattoo team.
