How It Works

We make it easy for our clients to access our services. Here's how it works:

• Requesting an Interpreter: Clients can request an interpreter by providing the language needed, date and start time, length of time needed, and contact information. We prefer requests to be emailed or faxed, and if urgent, followed up with a phone call.
• Billing: Upon receiving a completed timesheet, we will email or mail out an invoice for services rendered. We accept checks, credit cards, purchase orders, and P-cards.
