Five Star Full Service Maintenance

Our regular weekly SPS Swimming Pool Service will keep your pool's water clear, clean, and sanitized. We will routinely eliminate the phosphate and metal build up and add only the best water clarifier to aid in filtration and to make your pool water sparkle. This service includes removal of all debris from the pool, emptying the pool skimmer and pool pump baskets, skimming the surface of the swimming pool, brushing the pool walls as needed, gently cleaning the pool surround tiles as needed, vacuuming the swimming pool when necessary, analyzing and chemically treating the swimming pool water, adding water clarifier and maintaining the filtration system, advising the pool owner to fill the pool water to the appropriate level, filling the chlorine feeder(s) or skimmers, and performing a Basic Equipment Inspection.

Bi-Weekly Clean 2 Pool Maintenance

This service includes removal of all debris from the pool, emptying the pool skimmer and pool pump baskets, skimming the surface of the swimming pool, brushing the pool walls as needed, gently cleaning the pool surround tiles as needed, vacuuming the swimming pool when necessary, analyzing and chemically treating the swimming pool water, adding water clarifier and maintaining the filtration system, and advising the pool owner to fill the pool water to the appropriate level.

Monthly Chemical Only

Our complete monthly pool chemical service includes emptying the pool skimmer and pool pump baskets, analyzing and chemically treating the swimming pool water, filling the chlorine feeder(s) or skimmers, backwashing the pool filter and adding diatomaceous earth (DE) or sand if necessary, and advising the pool owner on filling water to the appropriate level.

Springtime Pool Startup

This service includes removing all debris from the pool, performing an overall inspection of the pool and equipment, checking all the valves and pressure gauges, priming and preparing the pool pump, lubricating valves and o-rings as needed, emptying the pool skimmer and pool pump baskets, skimming the surface of the pool, brushing the pool walls as needed, gently cleaning the pool surround tiles as needed, vacuuming the swimming pool, analyzing and chemically treating the swimming pool water, adding water clarifier and maintaining the filtration system.

Yearly Pool Conditioner

We will use a conditioner that is most suited for your saltwater or chlorine in-ground pool. The benefits of using a pool conditioner are to enhance the pool water clarity, decrease eye and skin irritation, soften the pool water, and suppress the growth of algae in your pool. Conditioner is also referred to as a stabilizer & helps to keep your chlorine lasting longer.

Filter Cleaning Only

This service may include a complete disassembly of the unit when needed, inspection and lubrication of the tank o-ring prior to reassembly, detailed cleaning of the D.E. grids on diatomaceous earth filters, careful cleaning of pool filter cartridges, and recharging of D.E. filters with added diatomaceous earth at least two times a year. Replacement of sand in sand filters at least every three years.

Spa Care

Weekly Chemical Balance and a monthly filter cleaning is included to maintain proper water sanitation.
