Barrel Aged Sour Program

One of our proudest achievements is our barrel aged sour program, which we believe is among the best in the industry. We age all of our sours for a minimum of one year, and the combination of tartness, complexity, and smoothness in each sour ale is a testament to our deep understanding of the barrel aging process. From light, fruity blonde sours to rich, dark brown sours, our program has something for everyone.

The Almighty GoLo

Another feather in our cap is our in-house dealcoholization unit, the GoLo. This impressive piece of machinery allows us to reduce the alcohol content of our beer while preserving the flavor and creating high-quality spirits for our canned cocktails. With the GoLo, we're able to offer a range of non-alcoholic beers, cocktails, and spirits that are out of this world.
