Our History

In 1979, the Mittelstaedt family founded Waupaca Pallet, Inc., guided by four basic principles: manufacturing the highest quality products, providing the best service, keeping all promises, and treating customers, vendors, and employees with respect. As the company grew and evolved, we expanded our services to include sand cores and powder coating, and eventually changed our name to Alliance Industries to reflect our emphasis on building lasting relationships.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to meet the unique needs of our customers. Our powder coating services are designed to provide a durable, long-lasting finish for metal parts of all sizes, from ounces up to 2,000 lbs. With seven production lines and manual and automatic powder coat guns, we can handle projects of any size and complexity. Our sand blasting and media blasting services are designed to prepare surfaces for coating, removing impurities and imperfections to ensure a smooth, even finish.
