• Nathaniel Spells, Sr. - President/CEO: Nathaniel Spells, Sr. began a career in construction after graduating from Clemson University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. After years of working with some of the nation's leading construction companies across the United States, Mr. Spells pursued his dream of entrepreneurship by establishing Construction Dynamics, Inc. (CDI) in 1987.

• Nathaniel Spells, Jr. - Vice President of Operations: Nathaniel Spells, Jr. began a career in construction after graduating from West Virginia State University. Nathaniel Spells, Jr. oversees the office operations, marketing, and pre-construction services for the company.
