What Cannondale models do you service?
We service all Cannondale Lefty models from 1993-2023 including DLR, DLR Ti, Speed, ELO, and Headshock variants. Excludes newer models with Fox internals like TerraLogic and RLC.
How do international shipping fees work?
US-bound international packages incur a $78 government fee. We pass this directly to customers without markup. Payment options include cash, credit, or money orders to cover these additional charges.
What's included in your fork service?
Standard service includes labor, new seals, and oil. Additional parts like boots, races, and bearings are extra. We cover half of return shipping costs with typical turnaround time of one week.
Do you offer wheel building guarantees?
All wheel builds come with a 30-day adjustment period. We'll true and retension wheels at no charge during this period. Most wheels we've built remain functional for over a decade with proper maintenance.
What are your payment options?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, checks, money orders, and cash. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. Cash payments of $100 with fork shipments eliminate this fee for completed services.
