Our Story

Our journey began with Kathy Miller, our founder, who graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a passion for design. With years of experience as a new home sales agent for several award-winning builders in the San Antonio area, Kathy knew what buyers wanted when looking for a home. After staging several houses that sold within a couple of days of going on the market and for top dollar, Kathy decided to bring her daughters on board and launch Custom Home Staging.

Casey McDougall, another co-founder, is a licensed realtor with a passion for real estate, home staging, and design. Kelly Ciarmatori, our third co-founder, is a flight attendant who brings her organizational skills to the table, ensuring that every home is staged to perfection.
