Our Services

Our mindfulness and meditation instruction is based on the renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) curriculum, which has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and improve overall health. Our certified instructor, Theresa Cohen, will guide you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you to develop greater awareness, clarity, and peace of mind. Our private sessions are priced to be affordable, and we also offer group classes and workshops for those who prefer a community-based approach.

Our biofield tuning sessions use the acoustic sound of tuning forks to target the nervous system, promoting deep relaxation, energy, and flow. This unique and fascinating sound and vibration therapy has been shown to be effective in reducing anxiety, depression, and sleep struggles, and is a valuable tool for overall wellness. We offer individual sessions, as well as special packages for teens, relationships, and groups.

In addition to our mindfulness and meditation instruction and biofield tuning sessions, we also offer a witnessing service for those who are in need of a safe and non-judgmental space to express themselves. This service is not a therapy session, but can be deeply therapeutic, providing a sense of being seen, heard, and understood.

Theresa Cohen, founder of Blue Sky Meditation & Biofield Tuning, is a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor, biofield tuning practitioner, and Sivananda yoga teacher. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of mindfulness, meditation, and biofield tuning with others, and has a deep understanding of the transformative power of these practices. Theresa's warm, compassionate, and understanding approach has helped many individuals to find greater peace, clarity, and well-being in their lives.
