Welcome to Country Time Assisted Living and Independent Senior Living, located in the quaint town of Star, Idaho. Nestled just 16 miles west of Boise and 10 miles north of Nampa, our home is a perfect blend of rural tranquility and convenient access to urban amenities. At Country Time, we pride ourselves on being a local, family-owned community that feels like home. Our cozy, 16-room assisted living facility boasts beautiful common areas, fireplaces, and a large open kitchen, as well as a stunning fenced backyard with a walking path, running stream, and two ponds.

In the assisted living section of our community, we offer spacious rooms, each equipped with its own 1/4 bath, ensuring utmost privacy and comfort. Additionally, we have two large, wheelchair-accessible shower rooms for our residents' convenience. Our independent senior housing units are equally delightful, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living areas, fireplaces, fenced backyards, and two-car garages. We take great care in maintaining our home's pristine condition, with regular updates to paint, carpet, and furnishings.

Our Administrator: Rhonda Gray-Foldesi

Country Time's dedicated administrator, Rhonda Gray-Foldesi, has been an integral part of our community since its inception in 2004. Hired initially as a caregiver, Rhonda quickly demonstrated her unwavering drive and compassion for her job and the residents. Recognizing her potential, the owners encouraged her to become an administrator. Rhonda studied diligently, passed the required test, and assumed the role of administrator in 2006. She continued to serve in this capacity until the community was sold in 2008.

The new owner recognized Rhonda's unwavering dedication and enthusiasm, keeping her on as the administrator. In July 2018, Rhonda's lifelong dream of becoming the owner of Country Time came true when the community was sold to her and her husband. Rhonda's philosophy remains steadfast: to treat and care for every resident as if they were her family, have fun, take the time to get to know them, and instill this mindset in all her caregivers. This approach has contributed to Country Time's receipt of numerous gold and silver awards for the State and fostered a stable, long-lasting caregiving team, with many members serving for over a decade.
