Charter Vans

Charter Vans is a locally-owned family business that has been providing top-notch transportation services since 1982. We started by offering airport transportation to and from Dayton Airport, and over the years, we have expanded our services to cater to a wider range of transportation needs.

In 1995, we became a Department of Defense (DOD) approved carrier, which allowed us to provide transportation services to military personnel. Our DOD approval, combined with our access to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, makes it easy for people to get transportation to or from the base. We take pride in our dedication to providing safe, quality transportation services, no matter where we go.

Services

At Charter Vans, we specialize in providing transportation services for small groups of up to 14 people. Our services include transportation to and from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton International Airport, Dayton-area businesses, and Dayton-area hotels. Our convenient location near the Dayton International Airport makes it easy for us to serve our customers' transportation needs.

Our standard transportation services are available for groups of less than 14 people. We can transport you to and from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton International Airport, Dayton-area hotels, and Dayton-area businesses. No matter what your small group transportation needs are, we have a vehicle in our fleet that can meet your requirements.

Our Fleet

At Charter Vans, we operate a variety of Ford Motor Company vehicles in our fleet. We value Ford because they are proudly built in the USA and are safe, reliable, and comfortable for our passengers. Our fleet includes the Ford Transit Bus and the Ford Flex, which can accommodate groups of various sizes. We take great care in maintaining our vehicles to ensure that they are always in top condition.

Policies

At Charter Vans, we have policies in place to ensure that our services run smoothly. When making a reservation, we require 24 hours' notice. We accept credit card payments for our services, and payment is required at the time the reservation is made. If you need to cancel your reservation, we require 24 hours' notice prior to the reservation time. Refunds are available as long as cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.
