At Aguilar Music Studio, we're passionate about helping students of all ages and skill levels unlock their musical potential. Our studio is led by Carlos Aguilar, a renowned guitarist, pianist, and music educator with years of experience teaching music to students of all backgrounds.

Our Approach

At Aguilar Music Studio, we believe that music education should be accessible to everyone. That's why we offer flexible and affordable private lessons in guitar, piano, bass, mandolin, banjo, and ukulele. Our students range from pre-K to seniors, and we cater to each student's unique interests and learning style.

Guitar Lessons

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced musician, our guitar lessons are designed to help you achieve your goals. Our approach combines traditional music theory with innovative and creative methods to make learning music enjoyable and rewarding. We offer lessons in classical, acoustic, and electric guitar, and we also provide instruction in related styles such as rock, pop, jazz, and blues.

Piano Lessons

Studio Information

Our studio is conveniently located in McKinney, Texas, with free parking available for all students and parents. We're open Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with Saturday hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays. We offer flexible scheduling options, including morning, afternoon, and evening lessons.

Rates and Schedules

Our rates are designed to be affordable and accessible to students of all ages. Our standard rate is $85 per month, which includes four 1/2-hour private lessons per month. We also offer summer temporary slots for $75 per 4-week month. We have a 24-hour advance notice policy for cancellations, and we offer secondary lists for same-day cancellations.
