In-House Therapy
Our in-house therapy team is dedicated to providing personalized and effective care to each patient. Our team of experienced physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists work closely together to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses the unique needs of each patient. From wound care and neurological conditions to speech-language therapy and pulmonary programs, our therapists are certified in specialty areas of practice to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy team assesses and treats impairments in strength and function that occur as a result of injury, disease, age-related degeneration, or environmental factors. Our physical therapists and physical therapy assistants work together to provide therapies that promote healing, strength, and mobility.
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapy team assesses the impact that a decline in function has on a patient's ability to participate in their daily activities. Our occupational therapists work with patients to restore functional abilities, such as dressing and bathing, and promote independence.
Speech Therapy
Our speech therapy team assesses and treats language, cognition, and swallowing dysfunctions of our patients. Our speech therapists and language pathologists work with patients to improve their ability to communicate, eat, and swallow, and to overcome swallowing and feeding difficulties.

Negative Experiences
The majority of reviewers had a terrible experience at Granite Creek Rehabilitation Center. They reported poor care, neglect, and mistreatment of patients. Some reviewers mentioned staff members who were exceptional, such as Emjay, Sarin, and Lillian, but these were greatly outnumbered by the negative experiences.
Reviewers reported neglected patients, poor wound care, and delayed medication delivery. They also mentioned substandard food quality, dirty rooms, and poor treatment of patients by staff. One reviewer had to request a blanket and sheets because they hadn't been delivered for over a week, and another reviewer found their loved one in a damp gown with dirty sheets.
