National Flight Services, Inc. is a premier provider of airframe services, including inspections, repairs, modifications, custom interiors, and engine conversions. With over 60 years of experience in the aviation industry, we have built a reputation for outstanding technical expertise and customer support.

Our History

Established in 1960 as a Fixed Base Operation (FBO) at National Airport in Toledo, Ohio, we began by offering standard FBO services and flight training. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include sales of Beechcraft and Twin Commander aircraft, aircraft maintenance, charter services, and flight training. In 1969, we moved to a new location at Toledo Express Airport in Swanton, Ohio, where we continue to operate today.

Throughout our history, we have been committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers. We have been a Twin Commander Service Center since the early days and have also been a Gulfstream Commander Service Center. In 1997, we began overhauls and repairs on Garrett (Honeywell) TPE331 engines, and in 2001, we became a Heavy Authorized Service Center and Accessory Overhaul Center for Honeywell.

In recent years, we have continued to expand our services and capabilities. In 2011, we opened a full Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Lakeland, Florida, at the Lakeland Linder Regional Airport. In 2014, we completed 4,500 major TPE331 inspections and celebrated our 50th anniversary. In 2016, we were named Honeywell's BGA Channel Partner of the Year and Service Center / MRO Channel Partner of the Year.
