Rental Policy and COVID-19 Guidelines

At Boyne Watersports, we strive to make the rental process as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Our rental policy includes:

• FREE day and multi-day boating license (no test to take)
• FREE day and multi-day dock slip
• The best location on Lake Charlevoix in the heart of Boyne City
• Impressive horsepower engines that allow for tubing and exploring the whole lake

Please note that rescheduling a reservation within 7 days of your departure is not allowed and will be considered a cancelation of your original reservation, where you're responsible for the full amount, which is non-refundable. Additionally, if you cancel your rental for any reason within 7 days, there are NO REFUNDS, including sickness, injuries, or unforeseen circumstances. If you cancel outside of 7 days, you are responsible for the 30% non-refundable deposit to hold the boat. Our COVID-19 policy states that there will be no refunds or rescheduling allowed if you or someone in your group tests positive for Covid-19 and can no longer use your boat rental.
