Aloha Property Management Inc. is a family-owned and operated business founded by a father-daughter duo in March 2004. Our goal is to bring a touch of aloha into property management, providing the highest quality local representation on Maui to the members of associations. We strive to address owner's concerns and provide correct financial reporting in a timely and professional manner. Our dedicated staff of nine employees helps to keep our business running smoothly. We are licensed as a broker with the State of Hawaii Real Estate Commission and the Realtors Association of Maui Inc. and are members of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ status, the Community Associations Institute, the Condominium Council of Maui, and Management Company winner of the 2016 Lei Niho Palaoa Award (Best of Hawaii).

Meet Our Team

Our team consists of Walter Clur, President and Realtor Broker, who has extensive experience in accounting, financial management, and real estate on Maui, the mainland, and internationally. Andrea Clur, Vice President and Realtor Broker, brings a wealth of knowledge in management, both locally and internationally, and is currently pursuing her PCAM designation in Community Association Management. Our staff is fully qualified to handle all aspects of property management, ensuring that your needs are met with professionalism and care.
