• Document Couriers: We provide same-day service for documents received before 3:00 pm, and next-day service for documents received after 3:00 pm.
• Notary and Apostille Services: We offer notarization and apostille services for documents that require state certification.
• IFTA and IRP Services: We provide services for semi-trucks and cargo delivery for IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) and IRP (International Registration Plan) stickers.
• Local Delivery: We offer local delivery services for small cargo delivery under 400 lbs.
• Registered Agent Services: We provide registered agent services for LLCs and corporate filings.
• Wedding Services: We offer notary and apostille services for wedding ceremonies.

Florida Capital Courier Services is owned and operated by Rich and Teresa Fillmon, who have a deep understanding of the importance of processing documents in a timely manner. They have adopted three children from Ukraine and have a deep appreciation for the importance of handling time-sensitive documents.

Community Involvement

In addition to our services, we are also involved in philanthropic efforts, particularly in supporting Ukraine. Our charity, His Kids Too, has been working in Ukraine for over 22 years and continues to support Ukraine and its people.
