At Ulmer Construction, we take pride in being a family-owned business with three generations of craftsmen. Our story began after World War II, when Allan Ulmer returned and attended Dunwoody College for carpentry. To support his growing family, Allan worked as a carpenter and later taught his son Dennis everything he knew. In 1968, Allan and Dennis partnered to form Ulmer Construction, building hundreds of homes and developing lots in the metro area. The passion for construction was passed down through the generations, with Colin joining the business after receiving an education in construction management. Today, we focus on interior and exterior remodeling, offering personalized experiences, expert craftsmanship, and professionalism.
