Our team of highly trained and credentialed experts has conducted over 10,000 inspections in response to occupant health concerns, and we have used this knowledge to inform mold research, policy, and law.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including expert witness inspections, mold assessments, HVAC assessments, and chemical vapor assessments. Our team is trained to identify the sources of indoor air quality problems, including hidden mold, water intrusion, and chemical vapors. We use our expertise to help our clients resolve their health symptoms and improve their overall quality of life.

The Science Behind Our Work

Our work is rooted in the latest scientific research and understanding of indoor air quality and mold growth. We have contributed to numerous studies and guidelines, including the NYCDOHMH Guidelines on Assessment and Remediation of Fungi in Indoor Environments and the NIEHS Disaster Recovery Guidelines - Mold Remediation. Our team is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest research and developments in our field, ensuring that our clients receive the most effective and efficient solutions to their indoor air quality problems.

Our Expertise

Our team is led by Bill Sothern, DrPH, CIH, who has dedicated his career to understanding the complex relationships between indoor air quality, mold growth, and human health.
