Positive Experiences
Growing Room has left a lasting impression on many parents, with some describing it as "phenomenal" and "wonderful". Parents have expressed gratitude for the supportive and communicative management team, as well as the caring and kind staff. Some parents have also praised the facility for going above and beyond, with one parent noting that the staff kept in touch with her whenever there were issues involving her child.
Negative Experiences
Unfortunately, not all experiences have been positive. One parent described the service as "bad" and claimed that the staff treated both children and parents poorly. Another parent shared a disturbing account of how her son's school enrollment form was forged by a family member, which was allegedly accepted by the school. This parent experienced harassment and belittling from the director, who seemed more concerned with financial matters than the well-being of the children. Another parent described feeling disrespected and undermined by the director and staff, who allegedly excluded her from important decisions affecting her child's education.
