Modus Construction is a commercial general contracting company specializing in tenant finish, renovation, and new construction in the Oklahoma City metro area. With over 20 years of experience in the architectural and construction industry, our team is led by Owner and Operator Drew Upchurch. Our goal is to provide budget-minded, quality-driven projects that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Pre-Construction

Before breaking ground, Modus Construction becomes an integral part of the pre-construction process, working hand-in-hand with the Owner and Architect. By doing so, we ensure that the project is designed with the Owner's initial budget in mind. Our team taps into a broad pool of trusted Subcontractors to assist with budget pricing and develops a global construction schedule for the project team. Additionally, we assist the Owner with generating a proforma based on the most up-to-date construction cost data.
