Fremont Dog Lodge

At Fremont Dog Lodge, we understand the importance of providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for your furry friend. Our lodge is designed to cater to the unique needs of each dog, whether you're going out of town for a weekend or leaving your pup behind for an extended period.

Kennels and Boarding

Our kennel concept is centered around what we believe will reduce the stress of boarding for your dog. Dogs are pack animals and have a natural need to socialize with other dogs. For this reason, we allow dogs with good social skills to interact with each other during the day, under close supervision and in a size-appropriate environment. We believe that dogs thrive in a relaxed and natural environment, which is why we steer away from secluded indoor housing. Our kennels are designed to provide individual spaces for eating and sleeping, giving your dog the freedom to relax and recharge.

Our kennel rates are as follows:

• Single kennel: $25 per night
• Second dog in same kennel: additional $15 per night
• Large kennel: $35 per night
• Second dog in same kennel: additional $15 per night

Please note that we require current vaccination records, including Bordetella, to be on file before check-in. We also encourage you to bring your dog's regular food to ensure a smooth transition. However, we ask that you do not bring bowls, as we provide cots and blankets for your dog's comfort.

Training with Ken Blackburn

At Blackstar Training Specialties, we believe that building a strong bond between you and your dog is crucial for a happy and fulfilling life together. As a certified ABCDT trainer and member of the IACP, Ken Blackburn offers training services that cater to your individual needs. Whether you're a seasoned dog owner or just starting out, we have a range of training programs designed to suit your lifestyle.

Our training programs include:

• Group classes: $200 for 6 weeks, with one 1-hour session per week
• Individual classes: $100 per hour, with 1-hour sessions
• In-home training: $200 per 1-hour session

Lodge Grooming

Our skilled groomers, Michelle and Scott Blackburn, offer a range of grooming services, including baths, nail trims, and haircuts. With years of experience and a passion for what they do, they strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for your dog.
