Our Organization

On July 1, 2003, Northern Improvement Company acquired the assets of Asphalt Paving & Supply, Inc., Earth Products Concrete & Materials, LLC and Flintstone Industries, Inc. in Prescott Valley, AZ. These businesses consisted of asphalt paving, aggregate sales, and ready-mix concrete operations. The operations were combined, and a new corporation was formed, Asphalt Paving & Supply, Inc. (AP&S) as a wholly-owned subsidiary of McCormick Incorporated.
