Our Story
Russell Painting Company was founded in 1979 in Richmond, Indiana by Bill Russell. Eric Russell, the current President, worked with the paint crews in Richmond through high school and college on winter and summer breaks. After graduating from Indiana University in Bloomington with a Business Degree and working in Pittsburgh as a project manager/estimator for another painting company, Eric and his father started a satellite office of Russell Painting Company in Indianapolis in 1993. Eric took over ownership of the Indianapolis operation in July of 2006 and incorporated in 2010.
