Our journey began with a passion for therapeutic massage, and a desire to help people heal and feel their best. With over 17 years of experience, our licensed massage therapist, Nina Frezza, has developed a unique style that combines various techniques to address a wide range of issues, from sports injuries to everyday stress. From chiropractic offices to private practices, Nina has worked with a variety of clients, helping them to find relief and relaxation.
