North East Texas Elite Gymnastics, Dance & Cheer is a premier gymnastics training facility dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for students of all ages. Founded by Amy and Lloyd White, who have over 50 years of combined experience in gymnastics, tumbling, and cheerleading, our mission is to offer the highest quality instruction in gymnastics, tumbling, and fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to accommodate students from pre-school age to adults, ensuring that every individual can find a program that suits their needs and goals.

Our Story

Amy's gymnastics career began at the age of seven, and she quickly became one of the top gymnasts in the state, winning multiple state and regional titles. She was a scholarship athlete for the gymnastics teams at Texas Women's University and Houston Baptist University. Lloyd, on the other hand, was a multi-sport athlete specializing in volleyball before becoming involved in gymnastics. Together, they have coached many area, state, regional, and national champions, as well as assisted athletes in making successful transitions to college programs. Their daughters, Kory and Kayla, have also been involved in the business, ensuring a family commitment to excellence in gymnastics and cheerleading.
