Our Team

Our leadership team brings together a wealth of expertise and experience in environmental safety and industrial hygiene. Our team members have accumulated over 85 years of combined experience in the field. Our team includes:

• David C. Roskelley, MSPH, CIH, CSP, FAIHA - President, R&R Environmental, Inc. and Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Utah/Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health (RMCOEH). Mr. Roskelley has a Master's degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Utah/RMCOEH.
• Steve Smith - EPA AHERA accredited Asbestos Inspector and Project Designer. Mr. Smith has over 18 years of asbestos/industrial hygiene consulting experience throughout the United States.
• Stephen S. Galley, MAEd, CSP - Vice President, R&R Environmental, Inc. Mr. Galley has a Master's degree in Secondary Education (Science) and Bachelors' degrees in both Environmental Engineering and Environmental Science.
