Founded in 2006 by Brett and Wendy Garland, our gymnastics facility was established to create a positive environment where children develop physical and life skills through gymnastics. Brett began coaching in ninth grade under a Washington State Gymnastics Association Hall of Fame recipient, while Wendy earned a Big 10 Top All-Around Gymnast title during her collegiate career. After teaching gymnastics globally, we returned to the Tri-Cities to build our dream facility, opening our 10,000-square-foot gym in 2013. Our programs serve ages 18 months to 18 years with recreational classes, competitive teams, open gym sessions, camps, and birthday parties. Our experienced coaches prioritize safety, skill development, and creating a welcoming atmosphere where children build self-discipline, social skills, and confidence.We maintain rigorous cleaning protocols and offer specialized equipment including in-ground trampolines, foam pits, and climbing structures. Our competitive philosophy balances coach guidance with athlete self-motivation, preparing gymnasts for local and national competitions. Recreational Classes
Our recreational gymnastics classes serve children aged 18 months to 18 years with beginner and intermediate instruction. Programs focus on building self-confidence, discipline, and social skills through structured activities. The clean, safe environment features specialized equipment and experienced coaches who help children develop physical abilities while making learning enjoyable.
Competitive Gymnastics
Our competitive program develops gymnasts from pre-team through advanced levels with 6-20 hours weekly training. Athletes learn compulsory and optional routines on all apparatuses while developing competition skills. The program emphasizes goal-setting, time management, and self-improvement within a supportive team environment guided by experienced coaches.
Open Gym Sessions
Open gym provides supervised playtime in our fully equipped facility featuring trampolines, foam pits, and climbing structures. Available Saturdays 6-8pm and Mondays 9:30-11am, these sessions allow children ages 3-18 to practice skills or simply play in a safe environment with coach supervision ensuring proper equipment use.
Birthday Parties
Private birthday celebrations include one hour of gym time and 45 minutes in a party room for children aged 2-12. Packages feature access to all equipment including trampolines and foam pits, with options for themed decorations and special activities like bungee bounce sessions for birthday stars.
Summer Camps
Seasonal camps provide structured gymnastics activities during school breaks for children aged 3-12. Programs combine skill development with recreational play in morning and full-day sessions. What should my child wear to class?
Children should wear comfortable clothing without buttons, snaps, or zippers. Loose jewelry must be removed before starting any gymnastics activities.
