Our story begins with a group of experienced engineering consultants who recognized the need for a firm that could provide direct market experience and proactive design partners. IMEG offers a wide range of services that are designed to meet the unique needs of each client. Our services are divided into three main categories: Building Design and Performance, Consulting and Advisory Services, and Infrastructure Design and Planning.

BUILDING DESIGN: ENGINEERING & PLANNING

Our building design services encompass structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing/piping, and fire protection engineering. We also offer technology design services, including automation and controls, security design, acoustic and noise control, architectural lighting, medical equipment planning, building intelligence and integration, and parking planning and design. Our building performance services include commissioning/retro-Cx, building performance optimization, building performance analysis, building certification, and building intelligence and integration.

CONSULTING & ADVISORY SERVICES

Our consulting and advisory services include building intelligence and integration technology consulting, HIT advisory services, and security consulting/CPTED. We work with clients to provide expert advice on technology and security systems that meet their unique needs.

INFRASTRUCTURE: DESIGN & PLANNING

Our infrastructure design and planning services include civil land surveying, planning and landscape architecture, environmental and arborist services, water/wastewater services, materials testing, transportation (roads, highways, bridges) services, parking planning and design, and subsurface utility engineering.

PROCESS ENGINEERING

Our process engineering services include automation and controls, chemical process, and bulk processing. We serve a wide range of markets, including arts and culture, automotive R&D, aviation, commercial, corporate, data centers, education, federal - healthcare, military, and civilian, gaming and entertainment, government - state and local, healthcare, health sciences education, hospitality/mixed-use, housing, industrial/manufacturing, science and technology, sports and recreation, transportation (roads, highways, bridges), and water/wastewater projects.
