Love the land you live on
Welcome to Ozark Woodworker, a family-owned business that has been serving the woodworking and metalworking communities for over four decades. Our story began with Ray Robertson, a self-taught craftsman with a passion for creating beautiful and functional items. Over the years, Ray's love for his craft led him to accumulate a vast collection of machines and manuals, which he used to make his own jigs and tools.
Recognizing the need for hard-to-find manuals in the craftsman community, Ray started Ozark Tool Manuals, a service dedicated to reproducing and digitally cleaning manuals for various industries and home workshops. Our manuals are printed on heavy paper and comb-bound, making them easy to use and read on your workbench. We take pride in offering a high-quality service and product, and we strive to continuously add more manuals to our collection.
In addition to our manual reproduction service, we also offer a range of other products and services. Our writing pens are custom-made with hand-casted acrylic bodies and unique swirl patterns, making each one a truly one-of-a-kind creation. Our duck calls are made with exotic woods and feature some of the smallest and most accurate inlay in the world, earning us several awards and publications in magazines and books.
We also make claws for the Tribe of Mic-O-Say, a Boy Scout honor camping program. Our involvement in this program goes back over 10 years, and we take pride in providing high-quality claws that scouts can be proud of for this great honor camping program.
At Ozark Woodworker, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products. We are always looking for ways to improve and expand our offerings, and we welcome any feedback or requests from our customers. Thank you for considering Ozark Woodworker for your woodworking and metalworking needs.
Writing Pens
Our writing pens are not just another pretty face. We put a lot of thought and care into each and every pen we make. All of our pens with acrylic bodies are hand-casted and mixed in our shop, and we create all of the colors from dyes. The swirl pattern in each pen makes it truly unique, and we take pride in the quality of our work. Our pens are not only visually stunning but also functional and comfortable to use.
Duck Calls
We started making duck calls with inlay in 2003 and have won a variety of awards with CCAA and NWTF, including a 1st place award in lamination in 2007 at the NWTF Call Contest. Our duck calls are made with an assortment of exotic woods, and we make some of the smallest and most accurate inlay in the world. Our duck calls have been published in several magazines and books, and we plan to continue pushing the boundaries of what's possible with our work.
In the past, we have taken a break from making duck calls to focus on expanding our shop and building more machines. However, we are excited to announce that we are starting production of our Mic-O-Say claws again in the shop.
Mic-O-Say Claws
We have been making claws for the Tribe of Mic-O-Say for over 10 years, and we are proud to be a part of this great honor camping program. Our involvement in this program goes back over 10 years, and we take pride in providing high-quality claws that scouts can be proud of. We enjoy working with the Boy Scouts and helping others by providing claws that they can be proud of for this great honor camping program.
Machine Manuals
Our manual reproduction service is a labor of love. We take the time to digitally clean every page of every manual, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality product. We carry manuals for a lot of popular metal lathes, including South Bend, Monarch, Nardini, Leblond-Regal, Hardinge, Clausing, Atlas, and more. We also take old, dirty woodworking manuals and make them look as good as new. We take pride in the quality of our work and strive to offer a valuable service to the craftsman community.
