Rates and Rules
Our monthly rates are competitively priced, starting at $550.00, which includes water, sewer, electric (up to $50), lawn care, outdoor pest control, garbage, and basic WiFi. A $125 security deposit is required, which may be refunded upon departure if no damage has been done and guest gives at least 7 days' notice prior to leaving.
We have a strict policy regarding quiet hours, which are from 8 pm to 8 am. No loud parties, radios, dogs barking, vehicles left idling, TVs, or other unnecessary noise or disturbances are allowed.
Security Deposit
A $125.00 security deposit is required for each guest, which may be refunded upon departure from the park if no damage has been done and guest gives at least 7 days' notice prior to leaving. The deposit will be refunded by Zelle (instant refund) or by credit card reversal (usually takes the bank 5-7 business days for processing). Guest must notify us via text, email, or mail within 7 days requesting their deposit back.

6. Lots: Each lot is designed for one RV per pad, with a maximum of two people (either two adults or one adult and one child), two pets, and two vehicles. A second vehicle may need to park in our extra parking area due to parking limitations.
7. Renting or Subletting: Guests are not allowed to sublease or rent their RV or any portion of it.
8. Septic System: No objects can be flushed into the septic system, including tissues, disposable diapers, wipes, paper towels, napkins, tampons, cotton balls, pads, condoms, grease, coffee grounds, food, or any other product that is not septic-grade approved.
9. RV Standards and Site Restrictions: Only fully self-contained RVs or motorhomes that are at least 10 years old and well-maintained are allowed. No appliances, mattresses, indoor furniture, large tools, machinery, trampolines, fencing, pools, dog houses, kennels, or clutter are permitted.
