Cooke Trucking Company, Inc. was founded in 1958 in Mount Airy, North Carolina, and has been a family-owned and operated business ever since. Our company has built a strong reputation over the years by providing high-quality coast-to-coast goods transportation services. We specialize in Air Ride refrigerated service for both truckload and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments. With our experienced staff, drivers, and state-of-the-art equipment, we can handle any job and provide our clients with unparalleled service.

Our Equipment

At Cooke Trucking Company, Inc., we pride ourselves on having the latest and most advanced equipment in the industry. We have a fleet of new Peterbilt 579 trucks, all of which are equipped with luxurious Ultra Loft Sleepers. These trucks are less than 30 months old and are all automatics, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride for our drivers.

In addition to our top-of-the-line trucks, we also have a fleet of trailers that are serviced and maintained by our own shop on a regular basis. We have 103 reefers up to CA requirements and 55 dry vans, allowing us to transport a wide range of goods. Our trailers are equipped for long haul operations, ensuring that we can handle any job with ease.

Our Coverage Area

At Cooke Trucking Company, Inc., we service ten Western States for both truckload and LTL freight. We operate a sixteen-bay warehouse facility that allows us to consolidate loads, ensuring that our clients receive their goods as quickly as possible. We have I.C.C. authority to haul general commodities in all states, except Alaska and Hawaii.
