About Coach Vic
Our Head Trainer and Owner, Coach Vic, has been involved in martial arts for over 20 years and has extensive training in multiple disciplines, including Brazilian and Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Tae Kwon Do, and more. Coach Vic has spent countless hours training with some of the best coaches in the country, and has used this knowledge to develop a comprehensive self-defense program that can be applied to real-life situations.
