Problematic Billing and Customer Service
Several reviewers have had disappointing experiences with Keter's billing and customer service. Authors Hyper Thrift, Roxy Uribe, Mark Kikel, Tonita Melton, Hannah Courtney, Mike Athas, and Staeleos Tzortzinakis all reported issues with inaccurate invoicing, late fees, and difficulty in contacting the company to resolve these issues.
