Partners

Mark Williams, CPA: Mark has been practicing public accounting since 1982 and specializes in tax planning and compliance for small businesses and high net worth individuals. He has extensive experience with closely held businesses, including partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, and corporations.

William Matusich, CPA: Bill has been with our firm since 1977 and has extensive experience in business planning and accounting. He is known for his business savvy and ability to guide clients through complex accounting and taxation issues.

Steve Thielmann, CPA: Steve has 30 years of experience in tax preparation and financial reporting for closely held businesses and their owners. He has extensive experience in the real estate, venture capital, and construction industries.

History

Ruzzo, Scholl, & Murphy was established in 1966 by founders Frank Ruzzo, Ray Scholl, and Jim Murphy. As creative leaders, they established a firm that was known for innovative accounting and tax planning strategies. We continue to provide services to many clients that our founders served over fifty years ago.
