Dr. Susan Lin, O.D. is the founder and leading optometrist at My Optics of Little Silver. She graduated from Bowdoin College with a degree in Biochemistry and attended optometry school at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. Dr. Lin completed a clinical Scholars Program and interned at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, a world-renowned eye hospital in Miami, Florida. She is dedicated to establishing a personal rapport with her patients and is committed to providing the most advanced eye care available.

Dorota Potok is a licensed optician with extensive knowledge and experience in every aspect of her field. She began her career working in a surfacing lab and has since gained experience in repairing, soldering, and fabricating eyeglasses. Dorota is always happy to help patients with all of their eyewear needs and enjoys staying busy between work, helping her kids with school work, and driving them to different sports practices and events.

Jessica is our ophthalmic tech and in-house barista. She has an extensive history in the optical field and takes great pride in making patients feel comfortable with her sunny disposition. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys searching for her future husband while she walks the beach gazing at the sun.

Michael Leaming has been in the eyecare field for nearly 25 years, providing customers with expert service and accurately crafted eyeglasses. He enjoys driving around in his Tesla and cooking in his kitchen when he's not at work.

Christina Speier has been with My Optics since 2012 and has nearly 20 years of customer service experience in the Optical Field. She takes great pleasure in helping patients pick out their perfect pair of glasses and also does Visual Field Testing and training for the Insertions and Removal of contact lenses. Christina is married with 2 children and enjoys spending time with her family.
