Services

Carivon Construction Company offers a comprehensive package of services and design to allow the client to work with one of our project managers and create a project the company will carry forward to completion. Our services include:

• Pre Construction: We provide pre-construction services in planning a construction project before the actual construction begins. This includes value engineering to find solutions by problem-solving and avoiding potential problems by consistently thinking ahead.

• General Building Construction: We are determined to provide the highest quality on each of our jobs regardless of size. We believe that quality costs you less if it is done the right way, the first time.

• Design Build: One point of contact from conception to closeout. No information is lost in transition between sales, estimating, or construction. There is no one to pass the buck with our one-point-of-contact system.

• Construction Management: We are responsible for overseeing each phase of construction and resolving any discrepancies in the original design and actual implementation. We are accountable for the cost of the project.

• Hard Bid: Competitive bidding. We are committed to providing the best price and best quality work for our clients.

Plan Room

We also offer a plan room for our clients to access current bids and other project-related documents. Our current bids include the Miami Palmetto Senior High - Canopy Replacement, which includes an invitation to bid, participation letter, plans, specifications, bid form, and addendums.

We welcome new vendors to join our team. To register, please provide your company name, phone number, complete address, fax number, contact title, contact name, contact email, type of company, size of projects preferred, project location preferred, and trade(s) of work.
