Rock Valley Credit Union (RVCU) is a member-owned financial institution established in 1968. We have dedicated over 50 years to providing personalized financial solutions to our members. Our commitment to exceptional service has helped us grow to over 16,000 members, combining the strength of a large bank with the warmth of a community business. As a member-owned cooperative, we put our members' needs first and strive to deliver the best possible solutions tailored to each individual's financial situation.

What is a Credit Union?

A credit union is a not-for-profit financial institution owned and operated by its members. Any profits generated are returned to the members in the form of lower fees, better interest rates, and enhanced services. At RVCU, our members enjoy a variety of benefits, including higher savings rates, lower loan rates, and fewer fees when compared to traditional banks.

Membership

Becoming a member is easy at RVCU. We offer various ways to join, including living or working in specific areas, being an immediate family member of a current member, or being associated with one of our many Select Employee Groups (SEGs). We believe that finances should be accessible to everyone, and we are proud to offer membership to our community.

Board of Directors

Our volunteer-based Board of Directors is responsible for guiding and governing RVCU. Each board member is elected by our members and has a unique understanding of our community and its financial needs. The Board's dedication ensures that RVCU stays a secure, stable, and socially responsible financial partner for our members.
