Clinical Services, a private mental-health clinic located in Wisconsin Rapids, has been providing counseling and psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and couples since 1988. Our clinic was the first state-certified mental health clinic in the area, and we have remained committed to delivering comprehensive psychological and counseling services to our community for nearly 30 years.

Our team of licensed psychologists and psychotherapists brings extensive experience to the practice, allowing us to work effectively with patients dealing with various mental health complications. • Substance Abuse Services: We offer a variety of treatment programs to fit each individual's needs. Our substance abuse services include substance abuse counseling, addiction education, DOT driver assessment & safety plan completion (SAP), and narcotic treatment plans.
