Cruise The Neuse Boat Tours

Here at Cruise the Neuse, we offer a unique way to experience the beauty of New Bern, North Carolina. Our 90-minute on-the-water tours provide a relaxing way to enjoy the waterfront homes, wildlife, and rich history of the area. Our tours operate daily from March through December, with varying departure times throughout the season. It's important to call ahead and make a reservation, as every passenger requires a confirmed reserved seat.

Daytime Cruises

Our daytime cruises are perfect for those looking for a scenic tour of the Neuse and Trent Rivers. We offer three daily cruises departing from the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel (waterside) in downtown New Bern. Our comfortable 24-foot pontoon boat ensures a smooth ride as you take in the sights and learn about the history and important facts of the area from our knowledgeable Captain. Feel free to bring snacks and beverages along for the ride. The cost for these cruises is $50 per person.

Sunset Cruises

If you're looking for a more romantic or special way to enjoy the evening, our sunset cruises are the way to go. These tours take you up the Trent River and then out to the Neuse, where you can watch the sun set over New Bern. Please note that there are no restroom facilities aboard the boat, but the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel has public restrooms available. The cost for our sunset cruises is also $50 per person.

Location and Parking

You can find us located in the New Bern Grand Marina, Dock A, behind the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel. If you're driving, proceed south on Middle Street until it ends in a circle with a flagpole. Then, walk past the flagpole and bear to the right, and you'll see Dock A and our signs. Parking is free in the hotel parking lot.
