Our team consists of experienced professionals who have been in the industry for many years. Our founder, Michael Cole, started the company in 2000, and his son, Adam, joined the business in 2003. We also have another experienced home inspector, David (DJ) Marshall, who is an integral part of our team. Together, we form a strong and dedicated team that is committed to helping our clients make informed decisions about their future homes or vacation properties.

One of the unique aspects of our company is our multi-inspector approach. Unlike other companies, we send two home inspectors to each inspection. This not only ensures that every aspect of the home is thoroughly inspected but also allows us to offer three inspection slots per day, making it easier for our clients to schedule appointments. We believe that this approach is the best way to ensure that our clients receive a comprehensive inspection and the best possible service.

We utilize HomeGauge's Create Request List technology to make it easier to file repair addendums. You and your agent will have online access to all of our home inspection notes and photos. From there, you can choose which items need to be repaired or replaced. Once the repair addendum is completed, it simply takes a couple of clicks to download or email a copy.
