Our facility features electronically-coded gate access, individually alarmed spaces, strategically located surveillance cameras, and security video monitors at several locations, including the business office and on-site living quarters.
We also offer RV dump and flush and fill stations, as well as boxes and moving supplies available for purchase. Our facility is clean and well-lit, and we have onsite management to ensure that your storage experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Convenience and Accessibility
We are conveniently located off Harbor Bay Parkway at Maitland Drive in Alameda, in a quiet, safe, residential area next to the Harbor Bay Business Park, close to Interstate 880 as well as other major freeways in the Oakland and San Francisco Bay Area.
Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, with lunch from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, and Wednesday and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. We are closed on Sundays. Our gate hours are from 6:00am to 9:00pm, 7 days a week.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers convenient amenities such as a black water dump tank for customers. The storage units are easily accessible, and the prices are reasonable.

One customer was unable to get in touch with the facility despite multiple calls, and another found the facility closed on a Saturday despite being advertised as open.
